Conferences & Summits

A conference where every track runs in parallel

Map your main stage to one luxury chalet and your breakout tracks to the others — 5 to 50 delegates meeting, sleeping, and networking on one private campus at the base of Blue Mountain, two hours from Toronto.

A conference needs more than a ballroom. It needs a main stage and rooms running at once, delegates who can find each other between sessions, and somewhere for sponsors to host. We give you private luxury chalets at the base of Blue Mountain: one vaulted great room for your plenary, separate luxury chalets for concurrent breakout tracks, dining rooms for sponsor dinners, and beds for every delegate steps from the agenda. Tracks run in parallel without a single room-turn, and the hallway conversation never ends at 5pm because everyone is still on campus.

Ideal for

  • User conferences with a keynote stage and concurrent breakout tracks
  • Annual company summits of 5 to 50 delegates run over multiple days
  • Sales kick-offs pairing main-stage content with dedicated team-room sessions
  • Partner and channel summits with sponsor dinners and an exhibitor footprint
  • Multi-day industry forums that need on-site lodging for the full delegate list
  • Developer and customer conferences that want plenary, tracks, and after-hours in one place

Parallel tracks, no room-turn

Your plenary runs in the largest great room while breakout tracks run at the same time in adjacent luxury chalets. Nothing waits on a hotel flipping one ballroom between sessions — every track has its own building for the full event.

Sponsors get a room, not a corner

Long dining rooms seat 14-plus per luxury chalet with fully equipped kitchens, so a sponsor dinner is a real headline event. Give a partner their own luxury chalet for the night and they host instead of renting a partitioned slice of a banquet floor.

The hallway track stays open all night

Because all 5 to 50 delegates sleep on the floor plan, the networking that makes a conference doesn't stop when sessions end. Hot tubs, decks with gas BBQ, and rec rooms carry the between-track conversations into the evening, then the Village is a short walk.

A sample arc

How conferences & summits run here

Registration & opening reception

Delegates check into their assigned luxury chalets and gather in the host great room for a fireside welcome — no front desk, no scattered hotel keys, badges handed out where the keynote will run.

Opening keynote

The largest vaulted great room becomes your main stage for the plenary, mountain views behind the speaker and seating for the full delegate list before the tracks split.

Concurrent breakout tracks

Delegates fan out to adjacent luxury chalets for parallel track sessions, then return to the great room — every room is a short walk across the same campus, none of it shuttled.

Sponsor dinner & exhibitor hour

Long dining rooms and fully equipped kitchens host a seated sponsor dinner while other luxury chalets give partners space to demo; the decks with gas BBQ carry it into a networking night.

Village evening

Delegates walk to Blue Mountain Village for its restaurants and bars, then back to their own luxury chalets — no transport, no off-site hotel block to coordinate.

Closing plenary & departure

A final main-stage session and breakfast in the great room, then delegates leave directly from where they slept, met, and networked all weekend.

★★★★★
“We moved our annual user conference off a downtown hotel floor. Keynote in one chalet, tracks running at once in the others, and the sponsor dinner finally felt like its own event. Because nobody left for an off-site hotel, the breakout conversations kept going past midnight.”

Questions

Good to know

Can you really run concurrent tracks for delegates this size?

Yes. With private luxury chalets at the base of Blue Mountain we map your keynote to one large great room and dedicate other luxury chalets to parallel breakout tracks. Every track has its own building for the full event, so nothing waits on a single ballroom being flipped between sessions.

Where do delegates sleep — do we need a separate hotel block?

On the campus. The luxury chalets that hold your sessions also sleep your delegates: each runs 7-8 bedrooms and sleeps 14, up to 50 in total across a cluster. Everyone stays steps from the main stage, so there's no off-site block and no morning commute eating into your first session.

How do we get a quote for a delegate count this size?

We offer luxury amenities at a very affordable price, which turns a multi-day, multi-chalet conference into one clear number to budget. Booking is inquiry-based — send your headcount, dates, and how many concurrent tracks you need, and we'll lay out the campus around your agenda. Request a quote for your dates and group size.

Is there room for sponsors and an exhibitor presence?

Yes. A luxury chalet's long dining room and fully equipped kitchen make a proper venue for a seated sponsor dinner, and you can give partners their own chalet to demo or host. The decks with gas BBQ, hot tubs, and rec rooms then turn the evening into the networking hours sponsors pay to be part of.
